T'ai Chi Chih is a moving meditation originated by Justin Stone in 1974. With 19 movements and one pose, it is simple to learn and its effects can be profound when practiced regularly and correctly. Indeed, the effects are cumulative. It is not to be confused with T'ai Chi Chu'an, which is an ancient martial art.
